You are invited to attend our clubs, the Great Lake Sport Fishermen – Ozaukee Chapter’s, Tuesday January 3rd monthly membership meeting. We meet at the Railroad Station hall, 200 S. Railroad Street in Saukville, WI. Our meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. and end by 9:30 p.m. There is no cost to attend the meeting. Port Washington Charter Captain Scott Spitza of Another Limit Charters presentation is titled “When fish are not biting – Follow the bite”. Also Southern Lake Michigan Fisheries D.N.R. Great Lakes District Fisheries Supervisor Brad Eggold will update us on several fishery related topics including proposed Chinook cutbacks, etc. Ben Schmoldt and Matt from West Bend’s Cedar Lakes Sales will talk about winterizing boats and setting up & rigging boats. Salmon & Trout Fishing Panel!

We invite you to attend our April 5th membership meeting, no charge open to the public!   This takes place at The Railroad Station hall, 200 S Railroad Street in Saukville, WI. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.  The Panel will consist of four of our club members answering a series of fishing related questions. Karen Nadolski funeral info

Club members, I regret to inform you of the passing of Karen Nadolski on Tuesday March 8th at the age of 81. Karen was the wife of Duane Nadolski former Vice President of our G.L.S.F. Club – Ozaukee Chapter. Visitation will be held at Saint Peters Alcantara Catholic Church, 1800 N. Wisconsin Street in Port Washington. Visitation hours are 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday March 15th. A memorial mass will follow at 5:00 p.m. The family has suggested memorials to Balance Inc., Grafton, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities, or the Port Washington Friendship Club.

Captain Dan Keating Seminar!

You will want to attend this Seminar put on by Captain Dan Keating of Blue Horizon Sport Fishing! It takes place on Saturday February 27th at the Railroad Station hall, 200 S. Railroad Street in Saukville, WI. It will start at 9:00 A. M. and goes to 3:00 P. M. The cost is $60.00 for the public and G.L.S.F. Club –Ozaukee members get in for $50.00. If you join our club at the Seminar you will get $10.00 off of the new member price of $40.00. You will also get into the Seminar for $50.00! That is a savings of $20.00! On February 2nd the Great Lakes Sport Fishermen Club – Ozaukee Chapter invites it’s members and the the public to attend our monthly meeting, no charge. We meet at 7:00 p.m. at the Railroad Station hall, 200 S. Railroad Street in Saukville. Former Port Washington Charter Captain  and G.L.S.F. Club – Ozaukee Chapter member Bill Reas will show a video titled Silent Invaders covering the last fifty years of Lake Michigan’s invasive species. Bill will answer questions on the video and also on Salmon & Trout fishing.  We will have another monthly raffle with great prices like rods & reels and assorted fishing tackle to win!
